The services offered by the FIAT Roadside Assistance include:

• Flat Batteries: Assistance is available for jump-starting the vehicle or arranging a replacement battery.
• Emergency Fuel: In the event of running out of fuel, emergency fuel can be delivered to reach the nearest service station.
• Flat Tyres: Assistance is available for changing a flat tyre with a spare one, or transporting the vehicle to the nearest tyre outlet.
• Lost or Locked Keys: Assistance is available to gain entry to the vehicle if keys are lost or locked inside, or to coordinate a replacement.
• Towing/Transportation Costs: If the vehicle cannot be mobilised at the breakdown location, FIAT will arrange and cover the costs of towing or transporting the vehicle to the nearest authorised FIAT dealer or authorised repair facility.
• Bogged Vehicles: If the vehicle gets bogged, FIAT can coordinate the recovery of the vehicle.
• Taxi Coordination: If the vehicle needs to be transported, FIAT can arrange a taxi to the destination.
• Emergency Accommodation: If stranded more than 100km away from home, FIAT can help organise and contribute to the cost of emergency accommodation.
• Car Rental: Subject to location and availability, FIAT can assist with arranging a rental vehicle if the original vehicle is immobilised.
• Alternative Transportation Coordination: FIAT can assist in coordinating alternative transport to the destination if required.
• Vehicle Relocation Coordination: FIAT can arrange for the transportation of the repaired vehicle to the home or nominated repairer.
• Urgent Message Relay: FIAT can assist in passing on urgent messages to family, friends, or colleagues if needed.
• Cancellation or Rebooking of Travel Arrangements: If the vehicle breakdown has disrupted travel plans, FIAT can assist in changing the arrangements.
