In Australia, FIAT does not provide any 4x4 option. In Europe, certain companies convert standard vans and completely refit the drive train to make them 4x4 capable. However, this process is exceedingly costly.
Even with the modified running gear, these vans are not purpose-built for 4x4 travel as one might envision. The sheer size of these vans can render 4x4 travel somewhat impractical.
