Step 1: Engaging the 12v Master Switch
The REDARC Manager30 Control Panel offers the convenience of a master switch, allowing users to engage the whole system with just a couple of taps.
To engage the 12v master switch:
- Look for the power button on your control panel. It should be prominent and easy to locate.
- Double-tap the power button. This action turns on the master switch, setting up the control panel for further functions.
Step 2: Turning On Individual Circuits
Once the master switch is on, you have the freedom to turn on each circuit that you wish to use. Here's how to do that:
- Identify the button corresponding to the circuit you wish to turn on.
- Push the relevant button once. Your icon should now be green to indicate that it is operational.
Context
- Navigation: The REDARC Manager 30 Control Panel employs intuitive navigation controls to help you find your way around. Use the Left/Right buttons to navigate the pages displayed on the centre of the screen. To navigate through options on other pages or cycle through devices on the Home Page (when a Distribution Box is connected), use the Up/Down buttons. Their functions will be indicated on the screen.
- Soft Keys: The functions of the Soft Keys will be indicated by an icon. The specific functions of these keys change depending on the screen you're viewing, so it's easy to understand what each key does at a glance.
- Power Button Function:
- Pushing the Power Button ONCE opens a dialogue with instructions on how to switch between Storage and Touring modes.
- Pushing the Power Button TWICE engages the 'Master Switch' function when a Distribution Box is installed. This function switches a specific set of devices on or off and can be customised by the installer according to user specifications.
- HOLDING the Power Button puts the screen into Standby mode. To wake the screen, simply push any button. Note that when the system is set to 'Storage Mode', only the Power Button will wake up the display.
Now you're well equipped to make the most of your REDARC Manager 30 Control Panel!
